Aircraft manufactured in South Burlington, Vermont, fly across Lake Champlain to Plattsburgh, where our team conducts final flight testing and system calibration, completes each aircraft’s exterior finish, and prepares it for delivery. The paint booth creates opportunities for skilled careers in aviation and advanced manufacturing. BETA’s existing workforce partnership with CV-TEC trains local students in electric aviation manufacturing and aerospace coating, providing a direct path into these fields and helping build the region’s workforce.
