Why would a bigger loan make it safer? Also, Wintermute incubating or investing in Wildcat doesn’t really change the credit risk of the loan itself. If something goes south with the borrower, the Wintermute-Wildcat relationship doesn’t backstop lenders At the end of the day, both are unsecured loans to market makers. So unless there’s a meaningful difference in balance sheet, covenants, seniority, legal recourse, etc., I don’t see why Wintermute at 8.75% should be materially safer than Selini at 9.5%
