Six projects from the last few weeks that caught our attention: A wildfire analysis prototype that maps the fire’s spread over time and tracks hot spots, made with Opus 5.5.
Two founders launch the same AI app on the same day. Founder A spent 6 months perfecting the product. 0 followers. 0 email list. Launch day: 40 signups, mostly friends. Founder B spent those 6 months posting about what they were building. 8,000 followers. 1,200 people on the waitlist. Launch day: 900 signups. Same idea. Same tools. Different outcome. Founder A's app is better. Nobody will ever find out. In 2026 the code takes a weekend. The audience takes a year. If you're building in silence, you're not being humble.
