BUILDING ON BITMAP: THE OPEN VOXEL STANDARD 🟧 Can any game, engine, or 3D app read your BITMAP builds? YES. Zero platform dependency. Pure Bitcoin. Here is how it works under the hood 👇 1️⃣ 100% On-Chain Architecture Every structure is inscribed directly onto Bitcoin — either as self-rendering HTML or via the Master Delegate (adc48ccd...i0) on the BITMAP's sat. 2️⃣ BWVX1 Packed Binary Format Voxel geometry is compressed into BWVX1: • Only 4 bytes per block: [X, Y, Z, ColorIdx] • Tagged cleanly under f: "BWVX1" • A complete fortress fits in just ~2 KB of data. 3️⃣ Open Ingestion (Any Engine) Any developer can load any build straight from Bitcoin: • Query sat: GET /r/sat//at/-1 or /r/metadata/ • Decode CBOR / JSON to extract "b" (base64 BWVX1) • Unpack 4-byte chunks & spawn cubes at (x, y, z) Three.js. Babylon.js. Unity. Unreal Engine. Any metaverse or 3D game in the world can render these worlds forever, directly from L1, without even knowing our website exists. Bitcoin is the terrain. You build the world. 🧱⚡ ordinals.com/inscription/2f… U 🟧 bitmapwin.app/forge

The next Ord release will have a new recursive endpoint, `/r/block/`, which returns the entire 4 MB block data. That means: 🟧 Every Bitmap visualization can be built entirely inside inscriptions up to the current block, including transaction value anatomy (standard Bitmap/BitMon) and vBytes anatomy. 🟧 Indexing of the latest Bitmaps recursively. 🟧 Finally, accurate Bitmap indexing. You can search the entire block for Ord envelopes/potential Bitmaps, then call `/r/content` to pull the actual inscription content while indexing. No more arbitrary parsing rules, broken Bitmaps, or indexing issues caused by weird data formatting, OP_PUSH, etc. 🟧 Find every inscription in a block more efficiently than simply returning a list of inscription IDs. You can parse the entire block and analyze potential inscriptions to determine which ones to actually pull. For example, you could pull the block, easily filter out all BRC-20 inscriptions, and fetch only images/models based on MIME type. Congrats @rodarmor and Bitmappers 👏 The Bitcoin multiverse just got one step closer. 🌐🟧🦒

I used to think Bitmap 🟧 was the metaverse, until I realised it’s the multiverse. Bitmap isn’t something that needs to be built, it is the build. The scaffolding is done, the terrain is mapped, the structure is complete. It’s not a metaverse, it’s the layer underneath them all. It’s the network. The raw logic. The shared language. A baked protocol of digital ground, no more speculation, no more waiting. Now, it’s about what gets built on top. From here, platforms will rise, metaverses built on-top of Bitmap, not within it. Each one offering its own culture, rules, aesthetics, and mechanics, but all of them rooted in the same soil. These platforms will be where bitmap holders plug in their districts and parcels, where their Bitmap becomes active, functional, expressive. Platforms are universal, they must cater to all Bitmap holders, regardless of who they are or what they believe in. But platforms alone aren’t enough. We also need applications, tools. Bitmap Applications (BAPPs) that let people actually do things. Create, collaborate, display, tokenise, interact, experiment. Just like shovels and pickaxes in a gold rush, these tools won’t be for everyone, but the right ones will unlock new worlds for those who use them. A musician might need a sound staging app. An architect might want a parcel scanner or layout visualizer. A builder might need a minting engine or media drop system. Not everyone will use the same stack and that’s the point. Bitmap 🟧

I have closed the Ordinals BIP pull request. If you are interested, then you can still read the Ordinals BIP in the Ordinals git repository, I think. Don't worry, this isn't a "delete" action or anything - Ordinals still exists & I'm unable to destroy it even if I wanted to btw.
