@BradSchoenfeld It really works, I was able to transfer 15-30 repetitions with light weights to very heavy loads with less repetitions. Extreme repetition causes too much burn (lactate and neural fatigue?) but body gets used to it and maximum load PRs feel much easier with normal sets.

@ai_for_success Use the output generated and in another instance ask it to recheck or to provide sources. Usually it does not hallucinate the exact scenario. Probably same can be performed by writing a good prompt or use a thinking or bigger model for important stuff.
