@vincevargadev Instead, ask the team what they can do in the next two weeks, plan the work together. Iterate. Instead of time, ask for dependencies or subtasks, write them down. Ask again, if all that is achievable in time X.

What do you think, is it worth arguing whether a ticket is a 5 or an 8, if in the end your estimation is less accurate than just simply counting your tasks?
