@kyla_Christin_e Perhaps, due to the changing nature of the own IT world and, architectures, patterns, languages, and tools. In any case, if actions define us, you are a developer. If desires define us, you are a developer. Keep enjoying the path! Happy Learning!

@kyla_Christin_e I deeply agree with the previous “Tweeters”! However, I do also have that kind of feeling of “developer” as an always incomplete state, more like a road than a point on the line.

This is what 20 minutes per day, 5 times per week look like… As the drop of water breaking the stone, with each word, sentence, and book, my head is more malleable and less hermetic. #leadership #leadershipDevelopment #leader #leading #improve #readingforpleasure #readinglist

Usually, the more People or Companies talk about Transparency, the less clearness they show. Live with transparency in your acts, not in your words. #Leadership #PeopleFirst #valuesmatter #values #ethic #actions

Daily, I see countless companies worried about what the battered employes are going to do once they are out... Everything has consequences. Fix the issue, not the ouput. Treat People as People and they will respect you. #jobs #servantleader #leadership101 #peoplefirst
