I don't think people realize the power of having one codebase for their mobile apps. Gone are the days when we had to compromise on a native feel when looking for a hybrid solution. So I've tried to build something with @nativephp for the first time! A tiny app to live on just one phone (no app store launch). I honestly did not look at the code 🫣 just redirected and evaluated as the project went along.
Answer: No. NativePHP securely generates and stores an installation-specific app key (encryption key) in the device's keychain/keystore, which is only injected into the app at runtime - never stored outside the secure storage So you can just use the Laravel Crypt facade out of the box and safely store encrypted values on the device without SecureStorage

Yesterday I built my first @nativephp app via Bifrost. It took me 6 tries to actually get a successful build, but the Bifrost UI + Claude helped me figure out what I was doing wrong. Now waiting for them to approve the build so I can send it to friends for testing.
