As a software engineer, it's very important to learn about Gall’s Law, which states that complex systems cannot be created successfully from scratch. In reality, even large systems, such as Netflix, Google, or Facebook, have started small and built incrementally over the course of decades.

I was a beginner multiple times in my career. It tempered my mind. I’m no longer scared when I don’t know something.

@maximabytes @forgebitz Don’t you miss Cursor’s code completion? I think it’s the biggest selling point for me right now
@forgebitz Maybe they use VS Code? I still use though Cursor with CC mainly because of code completion (and occasionally asking the agent for simple tasks). But if VS Code gets code completion as good as Cursor I’ll definitely switch to it
