@stratechery If google wants to flex their AI muscle and avoid all these issues, how about a version of Maps that I can have a conversation with when it's navigating me somewhere? "Be quiet until I get onto I5", "how much slower is the 405 bridge?", etc, all seem doable and issue free.
@viksit I don't know about the details, but I do know that looking at the horizon / out the window seems to help people with it. I've even seen glasses that simulate the horizon, eg amazon.com/Hion-Sickness-…
I wonder if the Vision Pro has low enough latency to show a TV screen with a false horizon behind it that would let kids watch movies on car trips without getting motion sick.
